How hard was it to impose a 1 PI jumper per customer?
Very poor form. Didn't go simply because I knew this would happen.
That way the only benefit to the people that get in early are the better choice of player to choose from.

If the club has a sale I want to go to the sale, not just sit on the internet. It's not just women who like to go to sales to walk around and look at what you can buy. The only real sale that I can remember was above the Port Club in 1997. I was going to go to this but like you I knew that everything worth anything would be snapped up. Don't know whether the $1 stuff they were advertising was any good but when they have book sales all the books in the 20c tray are complete crap.

They're more likely to clear their stock in an sale at the club than in an online sale, because people are more likely to grab something just because they're there.

If PI guernseys aren't there, they don't get the crowds through and they don't clear everything.

The only change I would make is to limit PI guernseys to 2 per person or something. An online sale wouldn't achieve the purpose of clearing the stock like a live sale does.

was there at 9-20 and would have had a 100 people in front of me... and around 500 behind me by 10
what a shit storm. 10 the doors opened 10-10 all the pi's were gone.
was poorly thought out. poorly run with paying.
managed to get the two jumpers i was after, unfortunately both osheas but beggers cant be choosers.
and i dont normally stick up for key board warriors but if you were there yesterday you would understand why people are pissed about items being held for them and what not.

If you really care about this sort of thing (why, I have no idea but whatever floats your boat), take heart from the fact that Chokito has now burned through his connection at The Port Store (there's no way they'll do that again if enough people complain) and now when there is some PIs that he really wants - like from the year we win the flag - he'll be stuck crying into his Dixon long sleeve from this cluster**** of a year.

And why? Because he wanted to brag about his club 'connections' on the internet instead of just waiting a bit and saying that a friend managed to get it for him and he was lucky. GG.

He already tried to say a whyalla friend got it for him, lel. It was just a total and shameful lie as he scrambled to cover up what really happened.

Too bad he tweeted the day before that he had secured the PI gear. Tagging the port store manager in the tweet. Which has now been deleted.

When called out on deleting the tweet, he fired back a "ya'll just salty".
