Can someone please explain the New Era hat model numbers to me? Is it just an arbitrary number or is to do with the sizing or something else?

They all sound like late 90's Nokia mobile phones.

9fifty is a flat brim snapback

39thirty is a typical bent brim slouch style cap

59fifty is a fitted flat brim, the official onfield hat of the MLB and the best one.

Note that flat brims can be bent to your liking.

Get a 59fifty if you're unsure. They're the best. Just make sure you try one on to get the right size.

The online website and store at alberton are two completely different stores. Bought something online website that I couldn't exchange in store.

I had trouble returning a manky guernsey (the V's were off-centre by about 5cms ) that I bought from the online store and the delivery of the replacement just wasn't happening for some reason. Then I found out that it comes out of this warehouse in Broadmeadows so I just went there and picked it up myself!

Fitted. They are out of one particular size though which I wanted, however, I am happy with the size I ended up with. I would suggest the size they are out of would likely be the most common size.
