Can we just have the commentator from International Superstar Soccer 64 announce the player number whenever someone gets the ball over the loudspeaker and ditch numbers altogether!

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics, an organization of association football historians, traces the origin of numbers to a 1911 Australian rules football match in Sydney

YOU BLOODY TRAITOR!

Though this is from 1905 Rugby, I guess international wasn't taken into account when this decision was made.

If the panel is a change brought about by that survey they sent out a while back then;

1. The majority of people have no idea.

2. Brace for impact, teal clash imminent!

The survey questions were worded with a huge bias towards favouring the panel too, it was obviously drafted with this outcome in mind.

As numbers on a uniform are deemed to be an Australian invention, though most fonts used aren't. Where does that leave cubs trying not to be 'Americanised'. Do they need to use a specifically Australian font?

Pert Ster Pls

I'm a big dumb idiot who only likes things because theyre American and it has nothing to do with the numbers actually just looking nice and more distinct.

Just wasted half an hour trying to phone-o-shop a proof of concept but sadly it was the one with Jay Schulz in it and I could not fit XXVIII

Expanding on what Finbarr said, this board has an amazing tendency to take something small and make it gargantuan. I ****ing love it.

Binary please.

11011

Time into floating points.

Boaks Guernsey would be 12:00:01 AM, converted into floating point of 0.0000115740740740741.
