My favourite passtime...You do pass a treacle like black substance for a day or two after though.

Who is sitting at the front?
The silly billy got the AFL logo tattooed on his shoulder.

I don't know where you get that idea from, I've seen a bunch of them wearing jackets and stuff, their colours are gold and blue, aren't they?

After starting to watch The League recently I want to make my Dream Team name PasswordIsTaco, but The Smaller Warrior already did that last year. Prick.

I could call my team The TSW's Micro Dongs or The TSW Looks Like a Middle Aged Lesbians (that one's fairly accurate, actually) in response, but then I'd have to explain that to everyone in my other leagues.

Never understood Mundine's attitude.

Pretty much every Australian boxer worth a pinch of shit is of multicultural origin who were all warmly embraced by the public for their talent and personality - Tony Mundine (Koori/Ironywegian), Lionel Rose (Koori), Johnny Famechon (naturalised Frenchman), Joe Bugner (naturalised Hungarian/Englishman), Jeff Fenech (second generation Maltese), Kostya Tszyu (naturalised Russian), Vic Darchinyan (naturalised Armenian), Daniel Geale (Koori) and so on.

Him coming out from the off with his faux-Ali act was just embarrassing.

To Aboriginal people every Australian is of multicultural origin ;) (this is in no way a defence of Mundine's now very tired act).

Mundine's father Tony was the most - dare I say - humble boxer and a great fighter. He was always criticised for having a glass jaw but you didn't win the fights he won with that particular failing. He was just fast and loose in his boxing style and open to a desperation punch from an opponent. Had he fought in a time where there are a dozen world champions per division he would have been a multiple world champion. He fought world class fighters, including one of the greatest champions in Carlos Monzon, in the middleweight division when it was absolute blue ribbon before moving up to the light heavyweight division and fighting the renowned champion and former Olympic gold medallist Mate Parlov for the world title.

Mundines issue is a lack of humility.

I've watched his fights at pubs in Darwin and Aborigines barrack against him. Now these are the same people that claim anyone of Aboriginal descent as their "cousin" and they don't like him. I know I speak in general terms but when you are on the nose with your own people and those people are incredibly proud of their heritage and especially anyone who makes it to the "top" then you have issues.

I've always thought him a delusional man and yet a fantastic self promoter. He can box, thats not in question but some humility and some respect for the history of the boxing world would be very long overdue.

The Greatest pfffft. He wouldn't even be in the top 50 in the history of his preferred weight division.

tribey his faux-Ali act wasn't as bad as his faux-outraged Muslim act was.

My edumakation is now complete. Now for retirement and grumpyoldmanism.

I noticed that with the recent big drug bust and others, that when the cops report the assets that are seized, that every time there are a number of jet skis and ski boats.
To make it easier for the cops in the drug war, why don't they just go down to the beach every weekend and arrest anyone with a jet ski or boat and then go to their houses and get the drugs and money in those little plastic bags.
