I browse TPFP (as FFC) and posts from SB, 1954, Werner and a few others were always good reading. Not a patch on BF though.

I'm just glad I was welcomed here when I finally started posting & not shunned to the outer depths of hades for being a cross community poster haha. As I said when I joined & mentioned there we're all Port people it would've been great if everyone got along but alas I'm not aware of all the controversy that went on.

I'll still post there because as mentioned in the quotes there are a few good blokes still there I like conversing with, Mics another who occasionally pops up here.

I don't think I'll have it in me to choose between the sites because I love my footy/Port content & these are the 2 best places to get it.

You eventually wont have a choice. That place will wither and die a horrible death. Especially since the club has officially backed the cheersquad at the expense of the OA, and rightfully so.

Same here don't like controversy which is why it took me so long to post here because I was a bit hesitant of how I'd be received coming from TPFP or how I'd 'discuss' footy with rival boards posters mainly the Tingles.

I still haven't had my first run in Bay 13 yet, was so tempted to let loose in the Polec thread & 'Sando's A grade midfield watch but held my tongue as they swarm in numbers. I should've just hit send on a few of my posts lol.

The whole Port community was awfully depressing during the 09-12 era I'm sure it wasn't much different here, it was a pretty down period the club went through. It's a shame a number of the regulars left but it's good a few wound up here I enjoy catching up when I can in topics.

He'll come good for the season proper. However his best days are behind him, though he is still young he clearly has his head elsewhere and is not focusing on Footy like he used to.

The ukraine president has held a conference from russia. Declaring martial law, and saying "he will fight the terrorists who forced him to leave his home. Creating lawlessness". Has ordered them to lay down their weapons and return home. It's pretty obvious he wants to restore order through force. This will be russias role I think.
