Cricinfo, I think there's something wrong here.
The "Since 1992" part, right?

Wow! A Chopper. For me it was the Dragster (below) or nothing, as such I got nothing.

Well I had a perfectly good gear-less 26" foot-brake bike that I covered a million miles on but it was never cool.

I loved my Chopper, of course it was always locked up in the shed, except for about twice a year...but I could peer at it through the louvered glass window. Once, when I was 10 my mother got soft and actually let me ride it out on the road. Naturally on my 3rd or 4th attempt of gutter hopping I came a gutser skun my knee a beauty that left a scar that took about 20 years to dissapate...and that was the end of my bike-riding on the road experiences until I reached grade 7 when i was allowed to ride to school and everywhere else

No full suit, no tie. Slacks + Business shirt is most appropriate.

It's ALWAYS business suit. Hat optional since the mid 70s. You seriously were considering not wearing a tie?

What???? I can only assume you are competing for the same job and will turn up appropriately dressed.

Slacks with a hoodie

Unless it's a job requiring a degree, this is severely overdressing.

Smart dress shoes + nice pair of slacks + nice long sleeve business shirt. Tie, take it or leave it. Depends how confident you are.

SOURCE: I'm an employer for similar roles.

So...are you saying that my regimental black stubbie shorts and blue bonds singlet is the reason I used to get turned away?

BMJ Global

Marketing based role, within the sports industry

want to find more about it tomorrow not 100% sure I'll take it if offered
I had a job that sounds extremely similar to that, about a month ago. If it's paid on ~20% commission, politely decline, I think. PM me if you're wondering why I think it's a bad idea.

Edit: Looked at their website a bit more, I wouldn't go anywhere near it. I'm fairly sure they're a part of the appco group. They'll make the job sound excellent in the interview/training day, but when you get out there you'll be lucky to sell $80 worth of merchandise (of which you'll actually get $16).

You had a fixie before they were cool. Dirty hipster.

Yeah have had a suss of the website, doesn't get me excited at all. But worth a giving them an honest go to answer my questions

The most advisable course is always to take the interview with a guarded, yet mostly open mind then sit on it for a few days, do your research and see how you feel. Never feel obligated to take an offer.

And if the firm seem dodgy as **** just stick around for the training period then bail.
