Firstly and most importantly I apologise for not having a Jarman Impey or Pen related post but my lady friend got the text and membership card yesterday while I'm yet to get one or the other. Anyone else had a similar occurrence in the same household where not all membership cards arrived together or should I start chasing it up?

Time for another bitch about membership.

So after signing up last year for a members-side season ticket, thinking I'd have access to excellent seats if I'm prepared to turn up early at the ground, and then finding a couple of months ago that a big chunk of what was labelled `Essential Power unreserved' when buying tickets now is reserved seating requiring a premium to be paid. So if I have to pay reserved seat prices for a good seat, I would've sat on the eastern side in a good spot but by this point there are no good seats left.

Out of protest, I changed to General Admission to save a couple of hundred.

So, here I am now with a General Admission ticket. A week or so ago I find out that if I want to go to our Showdown, I need to buy a reserved seat. I was of the impression that GA would have the usual restriction of GA, which is `if there's no seats you don't get in', which is fine.

PAFC really ****ed me around in this offseason, they've lied to me twice to my disadvantage. I'm disenchanted with the whole membership thing right now.

But hey, at least I got another sticker, another pen, another ****ing lanyard. I'm surprised I didn't get told I needed to reserve a delivery time for $10.

I think the club communicated all that pretty well. I'm not saying it doesn't suck a bit, but the info on the unreserved memberships was pretty clear.

No argument on the shitty way Essential Power members were treated re: seat reservations, though.

I would agree except that it didn't get to me until well after I'd committed to a GA ticket, so not all that well.

I seem to recall General Admission tickets being referred to as admission to 11 games in GA areas. Nothing about 10 games and you have to fork up more for the 11th.

My house mate and my membership cards arrived yesterday in the same envelope. Weird thing is we didn't buy our memberships together nor do we sit together. Only thing the same in regards to our Port memberships is our address.

I had a call from someone called Jarman and hung up immediately. There's about a 50% chance I hung up so quickly that they didn't hear me tell them to go **** themselves, the fat prick.

'Ok we'll double the dose'. Anyway, she informed me that according to my cholesterol count the next 5 years I have a 5% chance of stroke or heart attack. I told her I'll take those odds

Sent Ben at the club an email with regard to this. Took a whole 13 minutes to reply to me and let me know the Maggies card had been shipped yesterday. Disgraceful.

13 minutes... thats not acceptable. Should have replied in 2minutes top, saying Impey was on his way with the card!
