Good Lord. I go and have a nap and this thread has evolved several new twists. For the record, I believe in God, but hate all religions, first time I got drunk I was 14, ended up in hospital and in a coma for 9 hours. I remember a cask of Rose, so blamed the experience on that...can't stand the site of it(better than blaming Jack, who shall remain blameless). I have now decided to hate all political parties as much as religions, as long as my missus never decides to wear one I don't care one way or the other about burkas. In this point in time. There, I think I have caught up

Never been a drinker but I did have a religious experience once. First time I smoked da reefer, I saw Jesus dressed in a burqua, he handed me a large tin of pineapple, which I consumed in 3 minutes flat, proceeded to jog 8km then puked up the pineapple which was still in pieces!!

From that day on; I have abstained from seeing the big guy dressed up in drag and offering large cans of pineapple

Cheap bourbon. The smell still makes me sick.

I really lacked positive role models in my teens.

A bottle of woods 100% rum after about 10 pints put me into never never land, woke up in someones garden covered in puke.
I'm ok with beer but cannot even smell rum without gagging - and this was 20 years ago.
