I dont think that there is much evidence that a paleo diet benefits your health or longevity more than just eating healthy and in moderation. At the same time it's not going to hurt either so it's far less dangerous than the anti-vax brigade.

The original Deus Ex is still the high water mark as far as RPGs go. When you've got a story that has you fighting terrorists in the ruins of the Statue of Liberty, discovering Majestic 12 surveillance posts by doing a side quest, getting thrown in jail for disobeying orders, finally joining said terrorists and fleeing to Hong Kong to reverse engineer the designer virus that is controlling the population, finding out that Majestic 12 were behind the virus all along, stealing from the modern arm of the Knights Templar, fighting against a rogue AI, meeting the Illuminati, trying to stop a nuclear attack AND fighting Gray aliens...and it all makes sense, you know it's ******* epic.

Definitely my favourite game of all time. I still go back for a play through every year or 2.
