You should head to the Master Butchers Co-op, its pretty enlightening. Like when you go past Generic Supermarket Butcher, you realise that every sauce or marinade they use is just bought in big containers from there.

I never saw that I was more the Schnitzel boy though, the saving grace for that place was the smokehouse ahh the smells were magnificent at times.. but yea it had me going back to school/study pretty quick in the end.
