Did well at festivals, tho. Screened at the 2015 Adelaide Fillum Festival. Comes out on DVD in March, I think? Then again, the Oscar nom might see it get a limited run at Palace or Dendy (local indie cinema chains.)

Lion is another Aussie fillum. Scored six noms, including one for screenwriting. Pretty rare for Aussies to get recognized in this category. Reckon the last one was Miller & Noonan for Babe in '96...

When did fillum become a synonym, or alternative spelling, for film? I must have missed it.
