They went alright. AFD was a ****ing great rock album in 1987. Perhaps it should have stayed there? It didn't and here we are.

I really don't get this newfound obsession with Guns & Roses everyone seems to have.

IMO an extremely overrated band.

It's like AC/DC.... So many people attending just because it's an event, not for their love of the band.

Appetite is an incredible album... There's a scattering of decent tracks after that tho.

GNR were excellent. Pretty surprised that they came on stage on time. The crowd didn't really fill out until about 20 mins into their set, presumably because of how hard it was to get into the Oval.

Rocket Queen and Coma were the unexpected highs for me.

Don't mind CD at all, love that they played Better, but that other song in that spot was inappropriate.

So cleanining out a big chest of computer and other gear that I've collected since I was like 5. Just discovered a big folder of pokemon cards, heaps of holographics included. Wonder if they are worth anything, lol.

Also pulled out a 7.1 sound system, a bunch of clarion speakers, some car head units, piles of games including wolfenstein 3d, starcraft, half life, cd keys for windows xp and a pile of water cooling bits for pcs.

It was pretty nostalgic shit, all into the skip it went though. Except for the pokemon cards and my gameboy colour.

I did however...throw out a working N64.
