Rambo (the fourth one) barely clocked in at 90 minutes, and what an incredible 90 minutes it was. I think it is the most violent movie per minute ever made.

Re. Movie lengths, the best thing about Taken was that it was so short. Action movies, like comedy can be better if cut with the razor. Look at the Transformers films (and the more recent Marvel ones to an extent)

When you drag things on like that, people take the time to realise how bad the plot, characters, dialogue, &c., are

haha. This reminded me of the time in high school (may have been 2nd/3rd year), we were asked to write about a person who is driving, alone, in their car and what they were thinking about.

I wrote out the lyrics to Matt Taylor's "I remember when I was young" and got an A for my efforts.

Bloody great having a teacher that wasn't a hippy.
