Not according to that 60 mins program, one of the casino owners was saying he's happy to take his bets. The runners themselves would surely be capped/banned pretty quickly anyway, if that was their policy.

Pretty sure it would be the same guy.

There's a much better "story" about it (compared to the 60min vid) if you google something like "billy walters computer group". It's copied on a number of sites, it's quite long though.

A lot of people involved/in the industry look down on him.
