True, and it'd be a big loss if they stopped their VFL coverage.

Not only do we hear live coverage but it also means they have informed VFL talk as part of their AFL discussions. It's important to keep an eye on both to get the big picture.

Stations like AW and MMM really lack in this area.

if sen get the rights to call afl games they will drop the vfl like a hot potato, you wait and see.

just been listening to the vfl hour with bruce eva and a peannut called mark stone who possibly has the most irritating voice for radio i have ever heard. it sounds like he is talking through his nose.

I know what you mean. Listening to Gladiators of Sport every week, I'm sicking of hearing from the likes of Ben of St.Kilda who clearly thinks Collingwood have the flag in the bag and Billy from West Heidlberg who well the less said about him, the better.

ahh yes the regular talk back callers. Both been around for years at Sports Today on 3AW and now on SEN 1116, and sometimes if you very lucky you will hear both on the same day at SEN and 3AW

Yep that's him. He said a few weeks ago he would come down and bare his arse at the end of the season if Richmond didn't make the eight ... He seriously needs a bit of help that bloke. He's 49 for ffs.

22 rounds [probably 3 games a weekend] + 9 finals = about 75 games
