Fair call, I personally don't know where I would rank it. The Skinner scene is one of my all time favourites though.

It's definitely not the 3rd best ep of all time.

Hurricane Neddy shits all over this, Lemon of Troy, Summer of 4ft 2, Springfield Files just to name a few are miles better IMO
