Weaq re being asked to accept that the technology now exists to 'take out' bad things but leave the 'good' things intact (in this case the Iraquis we are liberating)
All sounds very good but they said thet in the 1991 war - until the truth came out and undermined the theory.
How well is it working at the moment - have all of the many 1000's of warheads destroyed legitimate targets ?
Some have 'taken out' people on thir own side so to me the 'quality control' is a bit lacking. You'd have to assume that there has been a lot of what they like to call 'collateral' damage.
