I gave you 2 opportunities to get out with your dignity intact, yet here you are demonstrating what an idiot you are. Have you exceeded your bag limit of stupid pills?

I'm not sure why you think you've come up with anything? There is no boat limit on Nannygai, never has been. There is a limit of 8 fish per person, that's all.

Go ahead and post the boat limit or shut the **** up.

Listen mate.

There is only ever 20 boats at Bremer Bay EVER.

EVER!!

PERIOD

END OF STORY!!

FFS.

AND WE'LL FARKEN WELL FISH WHERE WE WANT, WHEN WE WANT, AND HOW MUCH WE WANT!

Actually, we'll fish within the bag limits and only keep legal sized fish, as we have always done.

The only reason this topic is still going is that you refuse to admit you are wrong about the bag limit for Red Snapper. You assumed they share a bag limit with other demersal species. They do not.

You took a guess and it was wrong, now you are digging in your heels and having a tantrum because I referred you the site which clearly stated the bag limit is 8 per person.

Would you like me to smash you in the face with a frozen block of mulies?
Meet you outside the Bremer Bay Southern Blue Pilchard Factory campaigner(doubt it's still there, looked unsustainable). You can arm yourself with some of their mulies.
I'll be the one with the hanky hat.

They mostly sell IQF mulies. Easier for baiting but not a very effective weapon.

I agree with this. I haven't been to Bremer Bay for years, but I've been to Israelite Bay. It's pretty much only recreational fisherman who go there, through a big National Park.
The damage these people have done is horrific. There are acres of land near the beach which are just sand tracks, caused by people just pushing a new track whenever they want. The old Telegraph station has been damaged and burnt. Maybe it's because there are no (or few) enforced regulations that far east of Esperance, but rubbish and fish remains were dumped all over the place. I was appalled by how degraded the whole place was.

I reckon there is a sizeable proportion of the south coast population who a) don't give a shit about what they are doing or b) can't see beyond their nose to consider the consequence of their actions. This includes unsustainable fish practices and degrading land use.

ydraw. Yep Bremer Canyon is an amazing and near unique part of the world. But it may not last.

Go to Ningaloo

Coral Bay

Gnarloo

The Blowholes

continue further south

Horrocks

Sandy Bay

etc, etc, etc

I have a shack just south of Dongara....same story

Keep going south

Wedge Island

Grey

go around the cape

It's sickening

The same is happening on the South Coast, but pillocks like brick boiu ydraw are part of a self proclaimed aristocracy and deem it as their right.

Sorry...but fuq them.

I posted a picture of a good day's catch that was well within the bag limit.

Cry all you like.

Tell us again about your 'by catch' of valuable species, (queen snapper etc), that you skull drag from 60 metres on 100lb handlines and then throw back?

You know, the ones that don't count to your precious bag limit of reds, but die anyway.

I'll cry a little. For now.

But nowhere near as much as you and Daddy when your bag limit is pulled from under you and the region is declared a marine park.

Then I'll send you my shit eating grin.

Did I say there was a boat limit on Nannygai? I specifically said that your information that boat limits only apply to certain species of fish was incorrect and I posted a quote from the official information proving that. Your boat limit is dependant on the number of people on the boat with a Recreational Fishing From Boat licence. The people who hold the licence, and you claim to be one, are supposed to know what the limits are.

Here, have another quote:
In addition to bag limits there are also boat limits. A boat limit is the maximum number of fish of a species or group of species that may be on a boat or attached to a boat at any one time. On day trips in powered boats, there must be two or more Recreational Fishing from Boat Licence (RFBL) holders on board to take a boat limit.

Again, you are quoting stuff that you don't seem to understand.

We know what the limits are. The fact that you think that there's some other limit (there isn't) doesn't mean I am wrong. It means you are wrong.

The only demersal species with a boat limit is Dhufish. And that only applies on the West Coast (but it would be incredibly rare to catch more than 2 in a day on the South Coast anyway. I think Western Blue Groper used to have a boat limit of one per day, but it seems they don't any more.

Let it go after though, but it would have made a mighty fine eat.

I guess I might have made it late for something though, which is almost as bad

The bag limit for Bight Redfish is 8 per person per day. If you got 6 people on your boat, you can catch 48. That's it.
That really depends on how many have their RFBL now, doesn't it?

5 pages of you ramming your head against the wall because you can't admit you are wrong.

That's all this is.

Again, no comment about your 'skull dragged from 60 metre on 100lb handline' by catch.

The only thing that I'm wrong about is underestimating what a self-entitled dick you are.

I don't play your stupid games. If you don't like fishing that's not my problem. Couldn't care less.

It is really funny though how you throw a tantrum like a 3 year old when you're proven wrong.

Again, I have fished all of my life. That and gardening are my passions in life apart from my family.

However, I don't feel the need to rape and pillage fish stocks, nor do I ignore the plight of fish that I return.

This really is a devastating question for you, huh?
