I’ve gone from 120 kg to 92 with Ozempic

I took Ozempic but had a few side affects so stopped

It was prescribed for diabetes , last check my blood sugar was under 5 but the weight loss was a bonus , and I get it for $7 a script

Ozempic and similar has got bad PR because celebs use it to try to shift that last 3 to 4 kg of bady fat for toning, and end up losing 10+kg of muscle because that last bit of fat doesn't shift.

For people who genuinely need to lose weight or for other weight related health reasons I reckon it would be great. But I'm no Dr. At least in this lifetime.

That’s ok but im no big city lawyer and as I said it was prescribed for diabetes , I was taking metformin with little or no shift in blood sugar. Metformin was making my pee frothy which was because my kidney were working overtime .

I’ve stopped the metformin and taking Ozempic once a week
