Austin's scored something like 3 in 4 or 4 or in 3. Will need to keep him quiet!

Creating a lot of chance but can't quite make many good efforts on goal. Haidara doing well going forward!

Taylor off, gutted for him :(

Interesting Gouff coming on, would have thought Anita would be the logical option. Hope Gouff can (like many others) and make the most of his chance in the side!

Lost momentum when Raylor went off. I hope we can regain it in the second half. Wouldn't mind seeing Cisse come on relatively early on... not sure who for. Maybe Sammy.

He seems inconsistent but when he's on, he's incredible - just like he has been the last few weeks as you say. His pace and power for a midfielder is amazing. Nice that he got the goal since he's the stand in captain too.

Good shift from Perez, seems better than Riviere at leading the line by himself. Probably should have got a goal but he's still young. Good to see Arma getting a run!

Frantic finish but good to get the win! 6 wins on the trot!

Statistically, we're the 6th most in form side in Europe!

Also some good news with Raylor saying he only came off as a precaution.

This has got me worried lads (saw it earlier in the week but forgot to chuck it up):

"Uefa have confirmed Newcastle United and Rangers will not be allowed to play in Europe together, even if they qualify for different competitions, because of Mike Ashley’s involvement in the running of both clubs.

Ashley’s seizure of power at Ibrox means Newcastle may never play in Europe again while he remains the club’s owner, a depressing prospect for supporters who believe the team should be challenging for European qualification every year."

Also saw this, not a bad looking XI we can field of injured players!

Just goes to show how impressive this run of wins has been when a lot of young/squad players have stepped up and filled the breach.

Team for tonight. No Krul (injured and out for reportedly a month...just what we need heading into the packed December/January fixtures).

At least we get Tiote back! Interesting to see Cabella dropped for Gouffran (though Cabella was quite good last week, maybe Pards wants Gouff's work rate?).

subs: Alnwick(GK), S.Taylor, Anita, Cabella, Armstrong, Cisse, Riviere.

Decent opening to the game. Quite open so far. Elliot getting plenty of touches early which will help his nerves.

Apparently Sissoko, Colback and Janmaat are all on 4 yellow cards this season. 1 more and they get a 1 game suspension which isn't ideal given how many injuries we have.

Who've we got for RB especially if Raylor is out until January? Maybe Anita?
