tevez looks like he's off to juve, only a fee needs to be agreed. anything around 15 mil would do me.

love this getting business out the way early. seems like we've got a few signings to announce along with pellegrini. would definitely assume he's given the green light on these signings, we're just waiting to announce him along with some players at some sort of mega conference.

Sky Sports are reporting that the fee for Fernandinho is £34m, I'm assuming that might be including wages over the length of his contract? With the rumoured players coming in they're putting together a very solid looking squad for next season:

---------------Hart----------------
-------------Pantimilion-------------
Zabaleta Kompany Nastasic Clichy
Richards-------------Lescott-Kolarov
--------Toure--Fernandinho------
--------Rodwell----Barry-----------
---------------Silva---------------
---------------Nasri---------------
Navas--------Aguero---------Isco
Milner-------Cavani/Tevez----Sinclair

May need 1 more CB unless they're happy for Richards to cover RB and CB but apart from that they're strong in every position.

Can't see City playing as much as Cavani is going to cost to play second fiddle.

How does Aguero go as a number 10 or on the wing?

You serious?
Best league to watch imo
Even less competitive than the EPL. Boring league overall but agree some of the lower teams can throw out some good matches

Keep in mind they also paid £38m for Aguero. I think across the 4 competitions City will be competing in next season the 2 will get equal playing time (that's assuming they manage to sign Cavani), and like you said they might mix it up with Aguero playing #10 or out on the wing depending on who they're playing.

In terms of quality to watch la liga imo is the best.
In terms of whose gonna win the league well that true but epl only has 2_3 who can win it

Never heard of him, does have a lot of followers though.

A bit of background research says he's a sports journo in the UK and has quite a decent resume to back up his credibility.

Richard Keys used to be on Sky. Got sacked along with Andy Gray in the "did you smash it" scandal.

Now on Talkshite with Andy Gray.

Hit and miss with rumours.

Little wonder when

"In other words, Madrid and Barcelona on their own received around 43% of the total TV money in La Liga or 11 times as much as the €13 million given to the last club on the list (Racing Santander). This unbalanced deal produces the most uneven playing field in Europe and compares unfavourably to the 1.6 multiple in the Premier League between first and last clubs. Such a revenue disadvantage is bad enough for one season, but it makes a gigantic difference over time. As Sevilla president del Nido complained, “The two giants have earned €1,500 million more than the next club in the last ten years.”"

Yeah I think since then Spain has had 2 diff title winners while England has had much more variety with 3.

However across that journey 5 different teams have led the league, and as many as 4 at a time have been a possibility of winning late in the season, the big win by Man U this year was an aberration. La Liga is pared down to Real and Barca by Xmas every year at the latest.

I'm not sure why you're even bothering with typeclub.

It shows one of the problems with FFP.

Top English clubs would have no problems being more profitable if they had a less fair system of TV revenue distribution like Spain.

But according to UEFA thats a bad thing as it reduces profitability for individual clubs.
