the way i understand this isco stuff

madrid have agreed to a fee with malaga. we may not have. however, we seem to have agreed terms with isco but madrid haven't. marca are shouting from the rooftops that they've agreed a fee and a 5 year contract has been offered, but nowhere do they say it is done. they say 'in principle' it is done. every indication so far outside of madrid media points towards isco preferring to follow pelle. if it comes down to a couple of million or so to make malaga happy, i'm sure that will be done.

that's the way i see it. it all comes down to isco.

Numerous reports linking Kurt Zouma from St Etienne to Chelsea.

Beast of a player. Would be a good get. Starring for France in the U/20's WC at the moment.

Yep that's how I'm reading the situation as well, City has won the player over, Real the selling club.

Although I'm not sure how big a "preference" Isco has for City is over Madrid. He could probably be convinced to change his mind pretty easily. But I'm sure Malaga will change their mind's just as quickly with a few million extra dollars thrown in. Who will act fastest!?!

Hmmm I hope that's true.

That's a very nice trio to sign and announce in one go.

Garay and Thiago would be very good.

Strootman has potential.

Must of been waiting for Moyes to return from holiday?

Rumours aside, been very quiet from the club since the season ended. Hope we announce something soon.

Sounds too Muppety to be true!

Wanyama has rejected terms put forward by Southampton. Cardiff now the front runners but I think he's holding out for an offer from a bigger club.

So what exactly happened there.....
He left Liverpool on a free, Weren't Liverpool then trying to buy him back? I thought it was pretty much a foregone conclusion.

Commoli let him go on a free, a year latter we wanted him for about 4m blackpool wanted 6-7m so we went for coutinho.
Now that we also have Alberto we arent in for ince anymore.
We will get i think 25% of anyfee received by blackpool for him.

Think its a good step up for him cant see him playing much at LFC atm.

dont really care about isco anymore, if he's come out and made comments praising pellegrini and calling himself an 'antimadridsta' when he was younger and will still have his head turned by zidane there isn't much we can really do about that. would've been great to have him but i'm over it.

dad seems to have played a big part in the proposed transfer though.

Why is that an issue? I listen to my old man because I believe he has my best interests at heart. It was always going to be easier for a young guy to stay in the same country. I think this has more to do with lifestyle as opposed to the actual teams involved.

depends on what his intentions are. not all parents are like that.

extremely doubtful of course, it ends up being madrid. very few footballers, especially young spaniards, can resist having zidane get on the phone and ring you to get you to join madrid.
