Ah yes you can. It would be the first time in history a clause to cut the loan short because of injury didnt exist.

We had Benayoun on season long loan and we sent him back to Chelsea before the window even opened...

No you can't mate you signed a contract to pay his wages this season. You also paid a fee for it. The only way Carroll is coming back is if we want him back and we refund the loan fee to you. You can't just get our of a contract because a player us injured.

Yes you can. We did the EXACT same thing with David Bentley last year....

Oddly enough. We sent David Bentley back to Spurs after picking up the exact same injury Andy Carroll has now. What a coincidence

He just went back for treatment. He was still technically your player and couldn't have turned out for Spurs if he was fit (and on their 25 man list).

Whatever happened to Bentley. About 5 years ago he was wanted by all the big clubs it seemed aand now he is nowhere to be seen despite being only late twenties im guessing

Not true. Daves said in an interview with a fan website he cant come back and play for us after January (when he returned to fitness and we had a ton of injuries) since he was no longer our player. If he was still on our books he would have come back and played instead of us playing games with Joey O'Bren at RW because no one else was fit

EDIT: They were even trying to loan him out to MLS clubs

FA Rule 6.6.3 (would have been a different rule number last year but the rule has been in existe

A Player on Long Term Loan may not be recalled, except for a goalkeeper or where the
Player is to be transferred permanently by the Club (or club) holding his registered
contract. A Player other than a goalkeeper so recalled cannot be permitted to play for the
Club (or club) holding his registration after such recall until the end of the Playing Season

Dildo boys are telling porkies (or Bentley has become a keeper without telling anyone).

Its not the loaning club recalling them. Its the other club sending them back. It isnt held under that clause. I assume Bentleys agent in that article is telling porkies too. How can one man be loaned out to 2 different clubs like he is asking?

Not sure how Daves are telling porkies. We just sent Yossi Benayoun back to Chelsea and Sam said he aint coming back. He was on a season long loan.

Same diff. Not sure about MLS, could be different seasons allow it to happen.

Benayoun is just back at Chelsea for treatment. You might sign him on a permanent deal in January under the terms of the loan agreement.

‘Our problem with Yossi is to try and get him fit,’ said Hammers boss Fat Bastard Allardyce.
‘That’s our big problem. He broke down in training last week, we thought he’d be ok and at the moment he’s back with Chelsea.
‘We would make that decision (to sign him) in January because it is stipulated in the loan agreement.’

He is on a season long loan. The terms of the agreement are that if we pay them the loan fee, we can keep him for another 6 months. We just have to make a decision to extend hi deal. The fact we have sent him back to Chelsea (despite treating him for 2 weeks ourselves)

Fat Sam was talking about a permanent deal I think.
