I think Pellegrini would be the perfect choice. He has heaps of experience in getting clubs to CL and being competitive which is what Man City are ultimately after. And he would probably help in bringing in someone like Isco as well.

1. Given we already have Sturridge I'm not sure that we need Remy as well, both play a fairly similar style. Same reason I don't think the rumours we were after Micah Richards had any substance given he and Martin Kelly are for all intents and purposes the same player. There are other roles we need to fill first.
2. If he was a better striker QPR probably wouldn't be getting relegated.

Fair points all round. Im not sure we even need to bring in another striker. With Borini back from injury that is three strikers that can play up top. We have scored a lot of goals this season and that was with just half the season with just Suarez.

You're right, safe to say scoring goals hasn't been a problem for us this season, 2nd or 3rd most potent attack in the league last time I checked and that's including our horrible start to the season. We'll be looking to add a new CB (maybe 2 depending on what happens with Skrtel), cover for Lucas at CDM, a #10 and a wide forward to the squad.
