I agree about Pizza Hut, but I would go for the Supreme pizza. I love supreme pizzas, and was glad that I was able to eat the large supreme pizza that I ordered tonight without sharing it with anyone.

Filet mignon, scallop potatoes, cauliflower in cheese sauce and peas.

But as far as true appreciation of food goes, not much can beat a souvlaki from Hollywood Palace or Zorba's at 5am after a huge night. (Although oddly enough I always seem to regret it at about 11am........)

My typical fair is steamed, baked, or broiled chicken or fish with steamed fresh vegetables. Very good, but certainly not what I would eat as a last meal before being hanged.

A few times a year (and everyday once I am in heaven) the menu will be as follows:

Johnsonville Bratwursts - boiled 35 minutes in beer and onions and subsequently grilled to perfection on the BBQ.

Bavarian Sauerkraut - handsome amounts

Hot German Potato Salad - the way I make it.

Beets & Cabbage

Cauliflower Soup

Cold Warsteiner Beer - A bottomless glass

Zorba's in Coburg used to be standard fare for me and the lads when I lived up that way a few years ago. One or two souvlakis each, washed down with a few stubbies on the way home from the city (or the former Cathouse in St.Kilda) used to perfectly round out a good night out.
