Recently in our state newspaper there was a story about teenage girls (and young women for that matter) believing they are 5 kgs heavier than what is healthy for them to be. With diets such as 'the water diet' and the 'mango diet' all the rage at present, a question for y'all:
(and before anyone has a crack, since I was last on here I have lost 10 kgs, so there.....now I'm a nice and trim 65 kgs..)
When you look at a prospective partner, and their body shape, does it put you off if they are too skinny or too curvy/fat?
And if you do take weight as a consideration, what do you consider sexy - very skinny girls/boys or those with some meat on their bones (of course within the healthy weight range).??
I personally don't care - they can't be obese, but if the weight is proportionate to their height then that's cool. Oh and he has to be a nice person.
