When stopped at the lights and I have my indicator on I'll look around and try and see if any other cars indicators are blinking at the same time and speed as mine. It's extremely rare.
+1.

You are not alone in this. I also do the same with window wipers.

I have just set up a schedule for the 2015-16 TV Season. This includes what dates each TV I watch starts, along with the time and any predicted changes to the scheduling. I did the same thing for the 2014-15 Season as well as the current 2015 Season. Once more news about the episode dates arrives, I will mark which dates the episodes will air, and which ones will be missed.

I plan to schedule my uni timetable around this.

Could always just use this site as well. Create an account, add your shows, bish bash bosh.

If I'm driving on a dry day and have a bit of shit on the windscreen that needs removing, I'll always wait until there are no cars coming the other way before doing the wiper spray thing. Just in case people in other cars think I'm some sort of moron who doesn't know that it's not raining, or how to switch off his wipers.

The clicking noise the indicator makes on the inside of the car sounds like the opening notes of the Ducktales theme to me.

I do this in the afternoon's when I want to turn my headlights on.

Similarly, I will never turn my headlights on when I'm driving and see someone else with their lights on until they drive past me - so they don't get the satisfaction that they were the ones that made me think to put my lights on.

I only turn my headlights on while driving if 5 cars pass me in the other direction with their headlights on. If I pass 4 and then one with them off the count restarts. I don't even know why.

what if you are driving at the dead of night on a vacant country road?

I said while driving. Obviously if I get in the car at night I turn them straight on.

that's not how your post read. ok look, doesnt matter.

what if you're driving at dusk down an empty road, say the nallabour. sun goes down and its dark. you were driving with daylight present, now its dark. what do you do

Lock my drivers door if I have to turn my lights on during the day for fog, rain etc..
That way, when I go to get out of the car and my door I locked, it reminds me to turn my lights off.
Saved my arse from having a flat battery so many times.

I always drive with my doors locked. My girlfriend's handbag got stolen from her car when she was stopped at the lights one day and it spooked me.
