I think off field we are going ok to me the problem is the leadership on field or lack of it that has allways been our problem.How can we get any better when our so called leader allways kicks backwards holds up play and that handball in the brisbane game sums him up.How many guys fly the flag you can count them on one hand i'll cop the kicks but mark my words when he goes we will improve out of sight.

Was just reading through the other KPI thread where comparisons have been made between 05 and 08, and it makes a lot of sense.

There has been no improvement in the last 3 years

16th with 3.5 wins last year to 11th so far with 8.5 wins with home games against Freo and Melebourne to come.

I think it would be, most would be surpised at the motives however the underlying one would be a step closer to a senior gig for Hardwick and a decent promotion for pelchen who is currently a list manager....Good luck , a decent feather in the cap if they succeed.
