How does everyone think we will go this week against Adelaide?

I'm kind of wary of this game... they've already beaten us twice this year... what do all the other Blues (and crows supporters) think?

Smart to kill the Kouta ---- Smart demolished him in rd 19, lightning will strike again

Hewitt on Fatass - Hmm interesting, Hewy practially killed Fatty in rd 19, also like to see a cameo bump by roo

Stenglein on Lappin?? - Stenga's is a champ, but Lappin is always dangerous, ahh stuff it, Stengas will kill him if he plays on him!

Shirley on Camporeale - Hmmm rd 19 --- Shirley 17 possies, Camporeale 11 , Shirley will not only kill Campo, but will also pick up 20 possies aswell

Plz Brittain put Bradley on Mcleod!!!!

And plz Mrs Goodwin and Mrs Mcleod hold on till next tuesday atleast!

Theres been a lot written about how the Crows may have no more tricks up thier sleeve since the last time we met Carlton.

I wonder. Robran to fullforward may be one

In any case Stenglien played a gem last time we met and I think youll find he is out.

A lot of things worked for the Crows last time we played including Smart,Hewitt,Biglands,Shirley,and McLeod.

These players have to beat thier opponents again for us to have a chance.

Which means Kouta,Campo,Braddles and Rednuts need to be beaten; not to mention the Ruck duels..dunno whether it'll happen again?

Carlton are a proud club who will be keen to atone.

Like QT feeling confident the Crows can win if they get back to their attitude before the Freo game - just don't think the margin will be a blowout though.

The Crows do match up well on Carlton, which is probably why Stephen Kernahan mentioned before Round 22, Adelaide was the one team he didn't wan't Carlton to run into!

However, Stenglein not recovering is a big loss as he would have had the job on the dangerous Lappin. This will probably have to go to Benny Hart, which will mean the Crows will lose a bit of rebound - particularly as Smart will be busy running around with Kouta.

Other matchups on Carlton key players include:
- Johnson on the under-rated Hickmott;
- Hewitt (can't believe they talked about dropping him) on Big Red (who better keep his eyes open for a possible payback, particularly if Roo is in the vicinity);
- Shirley on Camporeale.

Jars & Vardy are due for big games (they have probably been waiting for the finals), the birdman is over-due for a specky & is coming back into some good form, & Robran could be the wildcard.

Should be a great game - can't wait to return the favour of '93!
