WHAT A GREAT MAN!

Ottens has to know that we of the GFC are behind him 100%. He needs to know what both on and off the field someones got his back. The media have so far wrongly crucified the poor bloke. Articles about him not being the real deal, how he cant be a fey forward ya ya blah blah. He has played fine this year. Melbourne was his worst game and he at least quelled the ruck domination of Jeff White when asked too.

I couldnt care less if every reporter writes a bad article about Ottens tomorrow. F*** them! At least Ottens knows that the players, evident when they mob him
after goals, and the coach are behind him. I love to see our club united!

As a Hawks fan I'd just like to say how much I support the stance Mark Thompson took, he was fantastic. The media just sat there dumbfounded, when someone went to speak he talked over the top of them. I think I have a new hero

I hate the media with a passion, they are a bunch of self-righteous morons with no morals nor respect for anything except their own bank balances.

What Geelong choose to pay their players is of no concern of mine, and I'm tired of the media telling me it is. Ottens is a Geelong player, and only Thompson and the Geelong club should stand in judgement of how he is performing.

Great effort by bomber, i have always been a fan of Bombers and had alot of respect for him and i was proud of what he did after the game, there is going to be no internal bitching at this club which is great, Ottens played alot better thats for sure now the challenge for him and the whole team is to back it up this friday night.
