If someone asked you what you do, and you answer with "Providore", I'd say a large number of people would respond with "What's that?". Obviously some people would know what it is, and you can tell on the ad, but if you just said it in real life, I bet there'd be a few people who wouldn't know what it was, and you'd have to explain it by saying that you own/run a continental deli.
