Time for the broom

If any of you think that this loss will result in the sacking/resignation of Trigg, Chapman or anyone else for that matter - you're kidding yourself.

I'm all for it to happen, but I bet my bottom dollar that this will not happen anytime soon. We as a group need to send a message.

Trigg has to go but Chapman has to go first.

Start at the real top and start moving down.

Chapman
Trigg
Smart
Board members
I am happy to give Smart another chance for one reason. He will push our case hard and wont lie down for the AFL. He will speak up and doesnt care about anyone else. Remember how pissed we were when Triggy and Chapman would just roll over for the AFL and take it in the arse? Thats one thing Smart wont do. For that I give him some props.

Disagree but agree.

We need that personality trait that smart has but we need to remove everyone involved with the club from an administration perspective right now.

The entire boys club has to be broken up and smart is up to his neck with this group.

"Trigg has now been in the job for 13 years and considering that studies suggest that a CEO loses their effectiveness after 5 years, how much is the club hindering itself by Trigg still being CEO ? "

Jesus. It's been that long?

Maybe they were waiting for the club song to start and thinking Trigg has ****** this up as well.
Dead air. Was very funny.

Not as funny as Reilly's four bounce run, stop to a standstill, then kick out on the full... but up there.

The dark cloud hovering over afc will not lift til they are gone.

Taken us from being a strong club to an aaverage one.

Please piss off if you truly have afc's interests at heart.
What have 18 players on the ground got to do with them. People on here talk so much crap its unreadable. Our problem is we don't have enough ball carriers with legitimate speed to break lines etc and carry the ball forty metres.

We have three in

1. Danger
2. Makay
3. Brodie Smith

A team needs at least 6 players with the ability to do this. On the other hand we have too many one paced types that are good with contested style of play but due to lack of ball carrying ability are continuously going sideways and backwards or just struggle to break away from congestion. That was the problem today. There was often 30 players around ball and apart from the top three no one was able to penetrate the congestion

1. Riley
2. Matt Crouch
3. Thompson
4. Grigg
5. Lyons
6. Lynch
7. Sloane

Now don't het ma wrong these guys are good players but our balance in our squad is not right here. And what shock me is people on here always have a crack at Makay. He isn't going anywhere as we lack this type of player big time

On the other hand we have players with average leg speed in
Walker
Laird
Rutten

etc

Yep, since 2002

Trigg is a walking cancer and it has spread to other areas of the club. They had the chance to operate but decided to put their faith in the flying spagetti monster to save them.

Salient.

Port getting bigger crowds than us is nothing - NOTHING - short of a sackable offence.

Yeah, 44,000 for a Melbourne game v 48,000 for a Geelong. I can see how that's so disappointing.

Does anyone seriously expect Trigg or Chapman to fall on their sword any tine soon?

No, absolutely not.

I haven't heard from Trigg or Chapman about how the season is going for months. You hear from Thomas and Koch every other day.

They will be around the club for months and we can not do a bloody thing.

That club was getting 13000 as a low and 20000 as a typical crowd to games a couple of years ago..

To now say it's understandable they got a bigger crowd because it was Geelong is crazy talk..

Who cares how many turned up tonight - how many will turn up next tine and the time after that.

That is now the issue.

So your saying that we are somehow equal with Port now and only the team we are playing will decide the bigger crowd? So you are then admitting we have dropped down to even pegging with them? Wow at how Triggy has brought us down.

Yep, agreed. Keep dishing up crap like that, you'll get a drop off in numbers. Though I suggest it won't be as bad as port's drop off when they are crap.

o_O No, I'm saying that you are more likely to draw a bigger crowd for a Geelong game, than for a Melbourne game.

Port should never get bigger crowds than us. Never. Ever. Ever.

No excuses.
 How ridiculous.
