Time to make a decision

its time for the football dept to make a decision on where to play shultz.
clearly with richo in the side he looks out of sorts.however as we seen last week when given the right oppotunity he can deliver.
IMO we should bite the bullet with him and play him at CHB for the remainder of the season.

Sad to say but on occasions Richo upsets the balance of our team. We become too richo conscious and other players simply dont kick enough goals. He kicked 10 against the bulldogs and we still should have lost that game if the dogs kicked straight. As much as I love him, it could be time to trade for some high picks.

The problem is that Richo DEMANDS the ball all the time. He lets you know when you didn't pass it to him. So the players become Richo concious.

Richo LEADS for him self not for the side. when he leads he creates a hole, instead of leaving that hole for someone else to lead into nine times out of ten he leads back into it. leaving every other forward flat footed.

Hopefully the new coach will see it like myself and most other supporters do.

Ok, the Richmond forward line is rather in effecient when Richo is at FF, Reason : There are 2 men on him, one other player playing loose on Richo.. No room for other forwards to led into.

This is what i think the forward line should be :
FF: Moore Schulz Krakeour
HF : Pettifer Richardson Brown

Getting Richo at CHF so he can lead up the ground providing a target in the middle of the ground, he bombs it in long and fast to the forward line, Moore or Schulzy are very mobile and aerobic, almost a certainty one of them will mark the ball.

It is the most logical forward system, even the most dim witted individual can see that except for Frawley who is a lost cause.
