I have no idea. I am not understand at all.

Fatties do the same thing. Baldies possibly also. I get that you want to put flattering photos of yourself etc. but if you are overweight and use a photo from 5 years ago and the other person sees you are obese or bald etc. they're not going to go 'ah, you fooled me you sneaky devil'.

I've had a few that look good in just face photos and then have just the one body shot and they seem to look pretty good. Down the track you find out the body shot was from 3 years ago and they're now fat.

I'm guilty of picking my Airbnb hosts off their profile pics (when situations allow), and have had a few like that.

Uber disappoint.

As a former 'expert' in this area I don't remember them having an over representation of sunglasses on their profiles.

I guess being fat or being bald are things you can potentially change about yourself. Being Asian isn't.

I was thin 3 years ago but yeah I've put on a few kilos but am looking to get back into shape.
I had a bit more hair 3 years ago but I'm thinking of using this lotion/buying a rug/going to Advanced Hair/getting some of that spray stuff.
I was Asian 3 years ago and I'm still Asian now and probably always will be.

I still think you are reading too much into it and the more likely story is they simply think sunglasses are the must have fashion accessory that looks cool/cute/sexy/wateva.

Nah, there's a definite pattern. I find it weird when people try to hide stuff about themselves. I've seen Tinder profiles without photos. Wut?

I was Asian but I grew out of it. Had a teenage African phase but it passed. Am now firmly Inuit.

I actually know a dude who is bald and Asian. Adding or removing a cap makes a 10 year age difference.

Apparently she asked this bloke out for coffee and his response was something like 'I'd love to, but can we wait until the weather gets a little better? I'd love to take you to the park and set up my slack line somewhere'
