Ah well, sometimes you can tell why a guy is single just from their attitude. It makes the vetoing process much easier.

I don't care what guys rate me. I've worked hard on myself and now I can say I like the person I am. I have a great personality and I am not unattractive. If it's bad that I think myself pretty then those are people I don't want to get caught up with. I've had enough time suffering from low self-esteem.
Its good to have some standards and confidence in who you are.

Tinder is hit and miss. People might right swipe on you one day and not the next

Yeah. But the best thing is, if they swipe left you don't know and you're not missing anything.

I have swiped right and left on guys and then forgotten until they match or talk to me. In a way it means I don't get hung up on whether the hot guy I swiped right on will match me or not. Lol

I've had a few match with me months later who i have forgotten
Its easy to right swipe a hundred and only get 10 matches back .. although I cant know if Tinder is pushing me up or down the rankings to be seen or not.

In Bangkok i use the paid Tinder and i get 5 Super Likes a day. I get a very high response rate from that

Having only got Tinder recently, the main issue that I find is a lot of them have your attitude. Which is fantastic for cementing self worth and confidence. The problem is, I think some people need to be a bit more honest about how the opposite sex perceive them and what they bring to the table.

Self worth and hard work is great and important, but I know far too many girls here in the UK who are 1s and 2s, who drop 20kg and suddenly think they are 8s and 9s, and swiping accordingly. Then they moan to me about how there are no decent guys out there.

That's just that their standards are way too high and it's probably best to avoid those kind of people if you are looking for long term.

I'm just looking on tinder for casual things so anyone that looks vaguely cute gets a right swipe lol.

On a side note, in Border's 89 Ashes series diary he said that David Gower had a barbecue between the 4th and 5th tests for his mates and he invited Border and Geoff Marsh, I find that weird.
AB went out of his way to be a campaigner during that series. He'd copped it in certain quarters for being to chummy with the English when we got a hiding in 85 and he wasn't going to let that happen again. I remember the 82/83 Ashes when they still had rest days and they had pictures of the teams socialising at a barbecue in the Barossa in the paper the next day.

Yes that's right, he talked about that at great length. I think he even didn't talk to Gower other than at the toss, maintained it until he won the Ashes and he could attend Gower's little garden party.

True, but inviting the opposition around when you'd just lost the Ashes seems odd to me. I grew up in the Ugly Australians era though I guess.
Chappelli was a great one for having a beer with your opposition win or lose. It's probably a Les Favell thing.
