No - i guess its in PSD when Tippett is removed from our list and replaced by Joyce hence we can still pick 2 other players with 20 & 54 in the ND.

Done some research & he can enter ND as the deadline for de-listed players was 2pm today, but your thinking would be better for your club but you would want to be sure no-one else would take him in the PSD as it's basically a free pick.

I think it'd be safe to say that in the period before the Tippett hearing starts, the AFL will be frantically examining every 3d party payment that has been lodged with them, because as it stands it could be said that they are victimizing Adelaide for something that they have ignored which almost certainly will exist in other clubs.

Too late though, Anderson. I'm sure our silk will point out that the AFL had allowed some pretty loose situations to go unchallenged at the same time of our alleged 3rd party offences.
