Sydney doesn't strike me as the type of club that will try and rip you off. I think they have been pretty fair in what players/picks they have given up over the last few years. From what our list manager has said, once Tippett nominated another club we aren't going to waste time waiting to see what happens, we will be looking at other players to use the salary cap space on.

Agreed. Sydney have a good record of trading fairly. Their fans are largely clueless (given the selection that have found their way to the Adelaide Board thus far), but the club itself has a long history of honourable and fair trades.

Last time we did a relatively major trade with them was the Mattner trade. Sydney paid a fair price. It's not Sydney's fault that Adelaide wasted the pick they received by on-trading it to Port for Symes.

If he goes into the PSD then GC will grab him - which is probably still his 2nd preference anyway. The likes of Freo & Carlton are completely irrelevant at this stage, unless you're talking about 3-way trade options.

No he won't. The majority of Sydney people still won't give a rats arse. You would surprised with the lack of response from the wider Sydney community after they won the GF. If he is coming to NSW to stay out of the spotlight he will probably find what he is looking for.

I will be sure to ask him how his head is if I see him at Westfield Bondi over the summer.
