To be a consistent side, we need a consistent team

Maybe there's nothing in it but you look at our list and obviously one thing as a club we're very proud of this year is our depth. But the thing is of all the players on our list we have no idea who is in our best 22. There are changes weekly of players being omitted only to be brought back.


Look at St Kilda, 24 players they've used and I think the two changes that they have made are injury related. The importance of getting our best players on the park can not be understated...
We can't spend the whole year chopping and changing. When it comes late in the season and fingers crossed Finals time the only changes we want to be making if any at all is injury related.

I have no idea who is in our best 22 but I don't think the side we put out tonight is it. But we need to persist with a side to hold us in good stead and if that means that it pisses someone off, so be it.

We have had some key injuries and suspensions eg Grigg, Jamo, Stevens, Carrots, Setanta if you will Warnock etc.
Not sure if out best 22 has had a chance to take the field as yet
