Well according to Fanfooty, Stevens BE this week is 45. Now i think that is easily achievable for him so unless you really need to trade him do so, but i wouldn't as he still has abit of financial investment left him.

2 weeks almost pulls him up but he will just stagnate so 3-4 is fine

Its not unreasonable to upgrade stevens but certainly he's not a priority. I will upgrade hill and ellis this week and be left with 60k and 16 trades remaining to upgrade the remaing 8 players ^^^^^ and trade LTI.

He knew how it worked though by playing half of last year. You don't need 22 rounds to understand how it works
