So if you tackle a guy and his head hits the ground, you get rubbed out. But if you jump up and kick someone in the face, that's no worries.

Why?

No if you tackle someone and their head hits the ground it's a free kick against and a fine. If they are concussed it's weeks. If you jump up and kick someone in the face, it's a fine. If they are concussed/don't come back on then presumably it's weeks.

Basically we are no longer penalising the act, but the outcome.

No, its the motion. If Greene jumped in the air then did the same motion he would use to kick a football, that's kicking.

It was high contact, medium impact and either reckless or negligent.

Isn't this his third "fine" offense this year? Shouldn't he get a week? Or is this different?
