We are well stocked but hes elite compared to the ones we have. We would definitely take him.

He's still a good midfielder when tasked with that role, too.

We also recruited Norm when we already had 2 very capable wingmen. If quality is there and good value, you take it. Hopefully he fancies some deeper finals tilts than he's had over the past 6 seasons (1 prelim).

Greene is still a superior player as of right now to Close, Martin, Dangerfield, Miers. He is also a big game performer.

While no longer one of the premier players in the competition, I think he could still produce two more years of very good football.
