Your entire argument is that Bugg's action were not assault because the police are not involved.

They have footage of a serious crime according to yourself. Are you saying the police can have evidence of a crime being committed on camera but won't proceed because someone didn't complain?
No. Again, it's not. You're far too emotional about this. My point was simply explaining what armchair was saying and how the law works. You're misrepresenting points because you can't argue your original point.
