I did hear that the players were really annoyed with Hunter including Dunks, who sat in his room drinking while in the Queensland hub, but it sounds like Bevo doesn’t mind a Bevo either.

If we remember Bruce stacked on the weight from drinking the previous year, which also annoyed Dunks, so there is definitely some truth to this. Bruce to his credit turned things around. I wonder if having a number of VFL boys drafted hasn’t helped.

Some posters here were slagged off for mentioning the same thing a few weeks ago.
Even the banter on Dunkley's socials seems to have stopped from the other members of the playing group (save for Crozier who's trying to get out anyway)
We have more than a few problems to solve at the club. We're in for a very eventful off-season.

I can't see Bevo getting a contract extension until our trend next year become clear.

I think as a squad we will be worse off next year if the club hasn't lined up some decent trades etc. There's a real risk we take a tumble down the ladder. We also can't keep going to the Hawks for their cast offs. Not happy Jan..not happy

I agree. I think it's pretty much a certainty that we will have a worse list next year. We won't be bringing in anyone of Dunkley's quality. Lobb and Rowe won't improve us. Treloar and Libba now on the wrong side of 30. Bruce and Keath cooked. Winter is coming.

Some scuttlebutt about the sun's possibly offloading a few players to avoid a GWS situation.

Most of the ones we'd want would be off limits but one that stands out to me is Ned Moyle.

Use Dunkley as a spring board for change.If Brisbane cannot satisfy us then another club can.Or let Dunkley go to North Melbourne for nothing. Send a message.
Who is replacing the stagnating coaches ,and ageing players.Must do it now rather than wait for the inevitable.
Can't keep being detrimental to development by playing so many mediocre VFL Footscray players and get away with it.
