Trade Idea.

With my very first 'New Thread' post i'd like to propose a trade idea to you all.

My idea is Barry Hall to Richmond for J. McMahon, J. Shultz and a pick (not 8). I only propose this cos i've read artciles that Hall wants out of Sydney to return to Melbourne. In Hall we would get a winner with 'killer' instincts. I know, i know the 'Killer' tag maybe a little to literal but a player like that, i believe, is what we miss. We have very few players with winning mentallities.

Personally i'd love to get him, granted there is inherant risk but if we could get him without sacraficing our young talent, except draft picks i'd do it.

No, Barry's career is basically finished. Wouldnt give up anything for him.

We dont need another running defender in mcmahon, we already have surplus of these and i cant see us trading barry hall for a low pick and schulz.

I think if hall leaves the swans he will go to the bulldogs because there premiership window is open and barry hall would be a short term solution.

Nice start Sheed but im inclined to say no way.
Hall is too old, past his prime, would cost too much and has a temper that is dangerous.

We should be using these draft picks to add to our forward line and ruck depth.
