Training next week

Guys,

i am in town for a few days (fly in tonight) i have checked afc.com, but can't find the training times, as i would love to go to a session. Monday or Tuesday i'm hoping for.

Ayone here know when the boys will be training?

There isn't a full group session until Wednesday at noon, but after the half hour warm-up this will be closed. We then train on Friday at 10am.

Play on Friday

Recovery and ?: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.

Closed training: Wednesday

Training (Probably light, with the usual few missing): Friday

Gameday: Saturday

Well, at least they should be fresh!
