We've started, well Richo, Bowdos and a few other not til Tuesday coz they're senior players or some shit but they're mostly back.

Private sessions for now, they begin public sessions this week or next, memory says next.

Wont know until much further towards Christmas on your other question.

Its usually on the family day which should be on before Xmas. Keep an eye out on the RFC web-site or ring the club.
Last year Richo won the 400m sprint and nearly passed out afterward. Funny stuff.
