And SAF wasn't too happy when this occurred if I recall correctly.

Anyway, nice signing for the Foxes. Interesting to see when the time comes, what 'synergy' with Chelsea means.
SAF was shitty with the player more than anything. Our relationship with Spurs has been awful ever since Levy joined Spurs.

Kramaric signs a 3.5 year deal worth roughly 30k a week.

Nice! Looking forward to getting him in 6 months ;)

Liverpool front runners to land Milner for free at the end of the season. I have always been a big fan of Milner, one of the most underrated in the league. Just wondering what City fans think of him?

I doubt it. One would assume that he's holding out for higher wages. Would you make him your highest paid player?

To be fair he isnt currently playing, unless the Department of Correctional Justice has a league.

Was sent down for 18 months while he was at Sheff Utd.

I read that he chinned Dean Windass, that would have been a hell of a fight to see.

I should say, he was able to continue playing after the assault - went to Birmingham first I believe.

You happy with that? or happier?
Its better than what was being touted. Its not a loan deal anymore. If he performs well and we stay up, Chelsea aren't entitled to anything in 6 months.

I'm afraid to post this because Moomba will have a predictable response, but I think a few of us suggested Leicester would be morons to agree to anything that favoured Chelsea, so that seems about right.

It's better for us than what was being suggested. Now they only get him if we go down - at which point we won't want his wages on the books anyway.

If he does well though, he's still ours.

Not unhappy about that.

Yep, if we get relegated he can activate a clause that gives Chelsea first right. If we don't get relegated, the clause is void.

So how does Chelsea win this one?

If Leicester go down a large part may be down to Kramaric not performing. So Chelsea can buy him if he has underperformed.

If Leicester don't go down then a large part may be down to Kramaric performing. So Chelsea can't buy him if he has performed.

Seems a win-win for Leicester.

Yep fair enough.

Essentially it is.

If Kramaric performs but we still go down, Chelsea still get first crack at him. So its not all bad for them.

As Chef said though, I don't think Chelsea would be bothered if he didn't adjust immediately to the EPL. Though Chelsea do seem to be gambling on Leicester going down.

would certainly rather pay him 110-120k than Glen Johnson.

Milner is underrated. Should have been playing ahead of Lampard, Cleverley and Gerrard for England. He has an engine, pace, skills, long shot, passing ability and is willing to track back and tackle. Hugely underrated.

Not many players can do what he did to Bayern in Bayern last year.

Do you have a link to that info?
Na, multiple sources on twitter. Normally I wouldn't believe it but there's a few that had the same info.

He wouldn't sign a 3.5 year deal if he was off in 6 months no matter what. Could have just signed 18 months if he wanted that.

Yeah, makes no sense unless he's got a buyout for CL clubs inserted into his contract.

If he under performs he'll probably stay where he is.

From the daily mirror, load of crap if you ask me.
You can't make up some of the shit they come with. Stumbled upon one yesterday which made me chuckle.

"Arsenal consider moves for Petr Cech and Hugo Lloris" as if we'd give him to Arsenal. With 4.5 left on his deal no less.

Made me laugh anyway:)
