Word filtering out is around 70m pounds with add-ons.
Pounds then yeah ok, 70m quid would be close to 85m euro in currency conversion

And he's only worth half of that imo, Real Madrid win big time here, he's not that good

Murphy signed for us overnight. Manquillo has been pictured in a Toon training top but yet to be announced - probably later today.

Seems Rafa wants a GK, winger and a striker still. Could use another CM too IMO.
Will be interesting to see how Murphy goes, Redmond did pretty decently for Southampton last season, imagine you'd be hoping for a similar sort of impact.

Massive for Chelsea. It's not every day you sign the best striker in the world.

Morata > Lukaku

It's a pity you just sold us the best striker in the world for £3m.

He'll score 20+ goals a season for Chelsea. They've done alright out of it.

Nah.

Luk>Mor.

£58m plus add ons. Will end up around £70m if they are met.

Should fit our style so happy with him.
Fair enough, but imo you're overpaying

He's a £40m striker tops

All transfers like this do is further inflate the market
Nah.

20 in all comps, probably

I don't see him as a 1 in every 2 striker, he's about a 1 in 2.5-3

Nah, what inflates the market is clubs paying £30m for dross like Sissoko. How could Madrid justify selling Morata to an English club for only £10m more?

Agree with this. Deals like that(Sissoko) and the 'english tax' deals are worse for the market than anything we do.

How is it possible it was cheaper than what mou offered for him?
Unless it was moratta who reject them?

Because our first choice became available so we went with that. We were able to include Rooney as an asset somehow which was more than what Chelsea were willing to pay.

Unfortunately for Morata we were not willing to pay what RM wanted so Morata had to get a shave.

That's football.
