Apparently Arnie said on Arthur Masuaku's Instagram Live session yesterday that he wants to come back to West Ham.

Would only look at it if we paid peanuts to take him back.

I think he may stay another season at Dortmund if United don't get UCL, sure they want to cash in while he's hot but he may not be keen on Europa if they are still in it. They'll be the team most keen to get the season going again IMO.

I would love him at the Bridge, but thats probably our whole budget and we have quite a few holes to fill.

I don't really think UCL or not would scupper the deal. Most people are going to be realistic due to covid 19. Plus he is young enough that it won't be a big deal. I'm sure the increase in wages will tide him over for a season.
