Zaha, whilst perhaps not worth £100m, would come at a higher cost to Arsenal than the £30m-£40m mark.

Especially in the current market. We’re in dire need of a player like him, and everyone is aware of that. Would come at a premium if Arsenal made a move.

Even then though if he is looking for a change of scene, he’d have plenty of suitors you’d think.

Last time I played (FM18) a few months ago, I was in my 2nd season with Sunderland and was lower-mid table in the Championship.

Yep that’s the concern. So much depends on winning Europa.

I wouldn't want them dropping £50 - £60 on zaha anyway, that's fairly overpriced and would blow our budget to smithereens even if we do win the europa, they should be looking elsewhere

Looks like T. Hazard to BVB for somewhere between 25-30€m is close to a done deal. Would expect Brandt to look elsewhere if Leverkusen don't qualify for UCL this season, with a reported €25m exit clause, I think a few clubs would be sniffing around.

The purchases if they happened are apparently back dated to when the loan occurred so it would be before the ban took effect.
